// What it is

Not a booking
tool. Not a PDF.

Reveal Dossier is a bespoke, password-gated companion dossier — built for a specific journey, a specific group, a specific story. A cinematic pre-trip briefing that reveals itself as your trip unfolds. Location by location. Day by day.

Your group receives one link. What's behind it is entirely yours.

// Gates

Each day is locked until earned. A trivia gate — answered correctly — unlocks the next location. The answers are hidden inside the landscape itself.

// Arrivals

Timed content drops sent directly to your group: coach reveals with cinematic city roulette, location pins, surprise activity cards. Each one an event, not a notification.

// Admin

Full editorial control behind a password-protected panel. Build, preview, schedule, and release — live weather, place search, arrival sequencing. No code required.

// Who commissions this

You've planned the trip. Now you want the trip to feel like it was planned for them.

Your group hasn't all been in the same place for years. You want it to feel like an event.

There are people in your life who deserve something they'll never forget. This is how you do it.

// The Seal

Fifteen thousand pounds on the trip.
The cottage. The table. Every experience booked months out.

And someone passes round a printed itinerary.

This is
The Seal.

The final 1%.

// How it works
  1. 01

    Brief

    You tell us the trip, the people, and the story you want told. The group size, the occasion, the tone — covert and tactical, warm and romantic, or all-out adventure.

  2. 02

    Build

    We craft the dossier — day gates, arrival sequences, narrative, Gaelic word-of-the-day, curated location intelligence. Every element scripted to your story.

  3. 03

    Hand-off

    You get full admin access. Preview every day, every arrival. Edit the copy, swap the locations, adjust the timing. Approve when it's exactly right.

  4. 04

    Deploy

    It goes live. Your group receives the link. You control the arrivals in real time from the admin panel. The dossier does the rest.

The briefing
begins before
anyone opens
their phone.

For Signature and Bespoke commissions, a physical card is prepared. Hand-addressed. A single mark. One QR code on the reverse.

Scan it — and the countdown begins.

Matte black. Minimal. Exactly the kind of thing you don't explain.

// In the room
"I've done group trips before. I've never watched twelve people go completely silent when a link arrived on WhatsApp at eleven on a Thursday night."

// Before you ask
What happens after I submit the form?
We reply within 48 hours with a few quick questions and a quote. No obligation, no pressure. If it's not right, we'll say so.
How long does the build take?
Allow 1–2 weeks. Most of that is us writing — the narrative, the gate questions, the arrival copy. You get a preview link before anything goes live, and we don't hand it over until you're satisfied.
Do I need any technical skills?
None. You receive admin access to a working panel. Everything is point-and-click — edit copy, fetch live weather, release arrivals. If something breaks, we fix it.
What if my trip isn't in Scotland?
The Highland dossier is the live example, not the limit. We've built for city trips, multi-country routes, and everything between. The format adapts to any journey with a story worth telling.
Can I add our own photos and memories?
Yes. The admin panel lets you upload images to any day — personal photos, destination imagery, or anything that belongs to your story. It's your dossier, not a template.
What if I want to change something after it's built?
You have full edit access to the admin panel, always. Change copy, swap locations, add arrivals, adjust timing — nothing is locked after handover. If you need a structural change, we're a message away.
How does the group receive the dossier?
You get one link. You share it however you like — WhatsApp, email, a card on the day. Your group opens it on their own devices. No app download, no account required.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is quoted personally after your brief. There are no subscriptions, no per-user fees, and no surprises. Every commission is a single price for a finished, working briefing.
